As we move into autumn, the Viva Smeralda site has continued to evolve steadily, with visible progress across the entire development. What only months ago was untouched terrain is now beginning to take on the organised shapes and lines of the project, as the first structural elements emerge from the ground.
The team has spent the past weeks refining the terrain, shaping the layout, and preparing the base structure that will support the villas. Key areas of the site have already transitioned from initial excavation to early structural work, with the first permanent forms now taking shape. The landscape is gradually being carved into its future configuration, following the natural contours of the hillside.
Retaining elements and foundational structures are progressing well, and several sections of the site already show the first outlines of the architectural design. The works now happening on the ground mark the shift from preliminary preparation to the physical realisation of the project’s framework.
Overall, the development is advancing according to plan, with the site becoming more defined each week. The transformation is increasingly apparent, and we are pleased with the momentum as Viva Smeralda continues to move from vision to reality.
