Infrastructural Works Begin

In May 2025, we took a significant step forward in the development of Viva Smeralda as construction officially began. With the foundation now set, our team is working diligently to bring this exceptional project to life, laying the groundwork for what will become a truly remarkable residential experience.

The first phase of construction involves creating the essential infrastructure that will support the future homes of Viva Smeralda. This includes the installation of supply lines for water, energy, and electricity, ensuring that every villa will be equipped with state-of-the-art systems for maximum comfort and efficiency. As part of this process, terraforming has commenced, with retaining walls being put in place to shape the overall layout of the project. A city-style parking area is being constructed for communal use, offering ample space for residents and guests. Additionally, each villa is being equipped with its individual parking spaces, providing privacy for every resident.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we are incorporating eco-friendly elements throughout the development. As part of this, EV-charging stations are being installed to ensure that residents with electric vehicles have easy access to convenient charging. Furthering our vision to integrate the project seamlessly with its natural surroundings, we are using Sardinian materials whenever possible, preserving the local landscape and trees.
