• Water main installed throughout the residential complex with connections provided to each lot.
• Connection to Abbanoa (main water utility point) completed.

2. Sewage System

• Sewage pipeline installed throughout the residential complex with connections provided to each lot.
• Connection to the public sewage network completed.

3. Stormwater Drainage

• Stormwater drainage system installed throughout the residential complex.

4. Fire Safety

• Two fire hydrants installed on-site.

5. Electrical & Low Current

• Conduits for electricity and low-current cables have been laid.
• Transformer substation installed to ensure power supply.

6. Retaining Walls

• Construction of main retaining walls across the site completed.

7. Roads and Sidewalks

• Internal roads laid and paved with asphalt.
• Pedestrian walkways constructed and finished throughout the complex.
• Curbs installed.
• Gullies and catch basins (water inlets) installed.

8. Lighting

• Lighting poles installed for roads and parking areas.
• Connection for common area lighting established.
• Conduit installed for the illumination of the stone wall (muretto).

9. Common Areas and Site Prep

• Clearing of the entire territory from overgrown vegetation.
• Restoration and reconstruction of the perimeter stone wall.
• Plots prepared for the commencement of house construction.
