As the year draws to a close, Viva Smeralda has continued to advance at a steady pace. The changes on site are now increasingly visible, with the project beginning to settle into its long-term shape.
Throughout the autumn, work focused on strengthening the layout of the development and giving form to the different levels of the terrain. Many of the structural elements that were previously in preparation are now firmly in place, with retaining walls defining the contours of the landscape and outlining the future positioning of several villas. What once appeared as a series of excavations has now evolved into clear, permanent lines that guide the overall composition of the estate.
Across the site, the ground has been further refined and levelled, making the various sections more readable and coherent. The infrastructure network beneath the surface has progressed as well, with additional service points and technical installations appearing as the project moves towards its next phases.
As we move into 2026, the development stands well-positioned for the next chapters of construction, with the groundwork laid and the structure of the landscape firmly established.
