Since December 2024, we have been working diligently on the development of Viva Smeralada, a luxurious residential project set in one of Sardinia’s most breathtaking locations. Over the past few months, we’ve focused on crafting a unique space that combines the timeless beauty of Sardinian design with the best modern living. Working in collaboration with the renowned Quader architecture bureau, the project has been carefully designed to integrate seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
